in my most recent role as administrative officer for the navy entomology center of excellence, i have overall responsibility for the facility operation, including being senior enlisted advisor overseeing 14 personnel and controlling a $1.54mm operating budget.  this includes oversight of both military and civilian personnel, coaching and counseling as needed, and serving in a liaison role between the military and other entities.  i am also chairman of the sailor of the year/sailor of the quarter board, the disciplinary review board and family advocacy representative, among other roles.
