As demonstrated, I recently earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.  Concurrent with my academic pursuits, I have been employed in customer-focused, service-oriented industries where dynamic sales and communication skills have been vital to supporting the employers in both sustaining and growing their business.  Since 2008 I ve been a Manager with a local sports bar, where I have succeeded in turning it around from a fledgling operation to one of the highest-rated establishments in the area through proactive sales strategies, innovative promotional programs and top-notch service as well as decisive, sound operational leadership.  Prior to this, I was a Trainer as well as Bartender, illustrating strong communication and interpersonal relation skills as one of the highest ranked servers.   Further evidenced by my full-time employment held while earning my degree, I have the drive to excel and achieve goals, a clear asset in attaining and surpassing sales quotas and company expectations.
