ø  design and engineer data/voice networks transmitted over variety of systems, including multichannel satellite, troposphere scatter systems, line-of-sight (los) rf and los laser radios, cable, fiber optic and  copper; create communications deployment plans to support in-garrison and combat operations

ø  engineer and design router-to-router connections, switch-to-switch trunking and circuit configurations utilizing varied military and commercial protocols, multiplexers and asynchronous transfer mode (atm)
