   Oversee day to day activities of a team of 17 professionals and maintain complete accountability for a $2MM budget for Xxxxxx and Alabama locations with 4200 employees, 6 VPP STAR sites, 4 NASA Marshall Sxxxxxxce Flight Center facilities and 12 off-center locations.

   Analyze and communicate metrics data to Executives; manage all safety and environmental programs in a multi-customer, multi-contractual environment and provide critical leadership for ISO xxxxxx environmental management system requirements.

   Oversee International Sxxxxxxce Station and Sxxxxxxce Shuttle Simulators, Laser Labs, and a 6.3 million gallon Neutral Buoyancy Pool used for International Sxxxxxxce Station simulations.

2004 to 2008:  Safety and Environmental Specialist, Engineer III, IV

   Provided key leadership for Safety and Environmental strategies for the Xxxxxx and Alabama locations; conducted extensive reporting and investigation, and collaborated with Injury Case Manager to ensure compliance to NASA mishap protocols. 

   Spearheaded investigations on 30+ root cause analyses for employee injuries, NASA flight hardware mishaps, and safety audit non-conformances.
