Demonstrate solid understanding of logistics and supply system practices and principles in proficiently studying the scope, applicability, and priority of proposed and existing ADP applications and procedures. Proactively identify and resolve ADP equipment and system problems. Evaluate DSS problems in order to provide solutions and contact appropriate programmers for corrective actions. Build and establish key relationships and liaise effectively with DLA ADP representatives, DDC analysts/programmers, and managers of DLA sites.

Steer the review of DSS documentation and current internal operating procedures, development and publishing of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as revisions to current SOPs and incorporate changes, including Actions for Returned Assets and Transshipment Actions for Supply Discrepancy Reports.
Illustrate strong technical expertise in designing, preparing and executing DSS Data queries on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Provide statistics for studies and management reports, utilizing Microsoft Access and Excel spreadsheets. Execute Data queries to gather workload to test new programs. Successfully train, mentor and motivate personnel in DSS on new and/or changing increments, playing an instrumental role in the development of to performing team members.
Develop, design, and program local computer systems for automated data gathering/reports; systems include: Key and Lock Inventory (Security), Assets Returned, and Inspections.
