Oversee code check reviews, type and classification analysis, manage inspections and certify compliance throughout entire construction process. When necessary, broad background in building code requirements allows for rapid decision-making regarding recommendations for mitigation.
Serving as Owners Representative, conduct site inspections and prepare project progress reports, with any accompanying directives on resolution of areas of concern.
